Information for the NECPS Annual Show and Sales Exhibitors and Vendors

For those who are exhibiting plants or vending at the NECPS Annual Show and Sales,  please read below instructions on when and how to bring in and out your plants. Before you can bring in your plants, you must pre-register your plants by filling out the form. 

Bringing in your plants

When: 10am - 5pm. Friday, September 29, 2023

7:30am - 9: 30am. Saturday, September 30

9:00am - 10:00am. Sunday, October, 2023

Note: Anyone arriving earlier than 10AM will notice that the gate will be closed (it stays fully open beginning at 10AM once we open to the public), but if you pull your car up close to it, it will slide open automatically upon approach. You will notice lines in the pavement where the sensors are, and will see a camera to your left as you pull up close to the gate which will recognize that there is a car there.

Where: Follow the sign for "Loading area" and park at the loading area.  Go through the kitchen doors and bring them into the classroom A and B that are right next to the kitchen. This parking area is limited to 3 cars, so please move your car as soon as you finish loading your plants. After parking in the visitor parking area, come back to the classrooms, take your plant tags for each plant that you registered. Your plant tags and the tag holder should be lying about on the display tables. If you cannot find your tags, please ask Shaun. Finally, place your plants at the tables assigned by the genera.

Taking out your plants

When: 4pm - 5pm. Sunday, October 1, 2023

We need to get out the door strictly by 5pm. Please make sure to pack up and leave on time.
